A QUESTION I'VE BEEN ASKED
What are the smartest ways to repurpose a framework?
Your best visuals shouldn’t be sitting in a single slide deck or client file. A strong framework can be repurposed repeatedly, multiplying its impact and value. Here are six ways to turn one framework into many assets:
- Use it across multiple platforms
Think slides, posts, handouts, ebooks, and more. A single visual can stretch across formats and help you show up consistently everywhere your audience finds you.
- Build a content series
Expand each part into its own piece, showing its connections to the larger whole. A four-part framework can become four weeks of content, with your big idea tying it all together.
- Turn it into a lead magnet or freebie
Offer the framework as a downloadable PDF, worksheet, or mini-guide. It becomes a gateway to your work, encouraging further engagement.
- Build a workshop or product
Move from telling to teaching. A strong framework can anchor a live workshop, an online course, or a client program, helping you scale your expertise.
- Create a supporting system
Develop related frameworks that build depth. When people see how your visuals connect, they view you as the architect of a complete system, not just a single idea.
- Name or trademark it
Give your framework a memorable title, tagline, or maybe even legal protection. When it’s distinctly yours, it carries your authority wherever it’s shared.
When you expand a framework beyond its first draft, you turn it from a simple picture into a business asset. It becomes something that carries your ideas, builds your authority, and increases in value every time it’s used.
A QUESTION TO REFLECT ON
Which of your business ideas deserves investment?
A visual identity isn’t just for your logo. When you give an idea its own recognizable visual, you make it easier for people to remember, share, and associate with you. Over time, that single framework can become part of your brand DNA.

A QUESTION TO CONSIDER TOGETHER
How do you want to leverage your visual frameworks?
Once you’ve created a strong visual framework, the real fun begins: deciding how to use it.
Some frameworks excel as teaching tools, others as lead magnets, and some evolve into signature assets for your brand. Which will you choose?
This is a fun part of each newsletter, where we see how your thinking aligns with other readers. Your answer is anonymous, and you’ll see the results right after you respond. I’m curious how you’ll use your visual frameworks.
